BTCjam Launches New Automatic Investing Tool

The new tool gives BTCjam lenders the ability to diversify their investment portfolio into hundreds of loans with just three clicks. Autoinvest is meant to make the process of investing simpler and less time consuming.

Autoinvest offers three pre-determined investment plans lenders can choose from;

Conservative – This is for investors who are more risk-averse, and try to avoid large losses. The plan only invests in the top tier loans on the website, loans with an A or B rank.

Moderate – This option is for investors in middle of the risk-reward spectrum, and opens investments to slightly more risky C rated loans as well as the beforementioned safer loans.

Aggressive – This plan invests in every rank of BTCjam loans, including the lowest rated D loans. But of course, these offer the highest earning potential.

For investors seeking to tweak the plans, BTCjam allows you to customize many aspects, including index currencies, loan terms and the amount of investments made.

To use Autoinvest, investors simply load their BTCjam account with the amount of bitcoins they wish to invest into loans on the platform and then click on the Autoinvest tab within the account. Autoinvest will start automatically lending out your bitcoins to borrowers. And if you don’t have enough bitcoins in your account to meet the amount you choose to invest, Autoinvest will automatically deduct the remaining amount when you add more bitcoins.

The lending platform also recently removed the “expected loss” quote, that was given for loans prior to investing. According to a statement by the company BTCjam users found the quote to be confusing, so BTCjam has changed it to yield. Taking into account the individual loan and borrower, yield will show the potential return of the loan.

AutoInvest is the most recent change that the company is taking to improve the user experience for investors on the platform.
