David McNickel is a solicitor and serves as Brave New Coin's In-house legal counsel. An enthusiast of the ‘digitization of value’ and its legal challenges, he holds an Honors degree in Law - with a focus in Intellectual Property and Fintech - and a Bachelor of Business. David wrote the 2005 Lee Ryan hit "Turn Your Car Around" and is a graduate of Berklee School Of Music's Music Publishing and Promotion course.

Svit is an angel investor and serial entrepreneur, who lives and works in Silicon Valley, CA, USA. Svit has 14 projects under his belt among which are the largest East European Tech Companies Stock Exchange and the leading on-line Retailer Of Luxury Goods. Most recently he founded FRIISCO - the incubator for international companies located in Silicon Valley, and the SVET Platform - a digital wealth management solution for DeFi. Svit began his career at Arthur Andersen transferring later to Andersen Consulting (Accenture) as the business systems analyst focused on Information Systems Re-engineering. For the good part of the following decade in his corporate career, Svit was assigned to the Private Equity and Venture Capital Divisions. Svit holds multiple degrees in Mathematics, Economics, Financial Management and Investment Banking, Accounting, Appraisal as well as in Information System Design and Industrial Engineering. Among Svit clients were more than a dozen international corporations from the Fortune 500 list, including: JP Morgan, Solomon Brothers, Shell, Exxon, BP, GM, HP, Dell, Boeing, Ford, AT&T, Motorola, PepsiCo, Ottis, McDonalds, Mariotte and Procter & Gamble. In 2008 Svit joined the fledgling decentralization movement and launched the first community owned platform for trading shares of new tech companies. In less than five years it was acquired by one of the largest European Stock Exchanges. In 2014 Svit founded the First International Incubator for Silicon Valley Companies (FRIISCO) focused on supporting international founders launching startups in the Bay Area, CA, USA. In 2015 Svit joined the first Ethereum study group located in Mountain View, CA. During the following several years Svit launched a number of media channels dedicated to detailed technical reviews and assessment of decentralized on-chain protocols, including "Ask SVET About Crypto". In 2018 Svit founded SVET Rating - the first praxiological (human actions driven) ratings system, which takes into account the combined effect of cognitive, emotional and social factors on the decisions of individuals and institutions investing in digital assets (connect with SVET Rating on Telegram). After several years of development, SVET Rating became the SVET Platform which assists digital wealth holders in forming and growing their long-term portfolios. Svit's more than 1000 publications include technical reviews as well as macro and microeconomic analysis. Collectively those articles and research have received more than a million views and attracted 20+ thousand followers on social media.
