Worldcoin (WLD) Price Prediction: Can Grayscale’s Worldcoin ETF Filing Trigger a WLD Rebound Above $0.45?

Worldcoin (WLD) is facing a pivotal test after Grayscale filed a Form S-1 registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for a proposed spot Worldcoin ETF.
The filing has put the token back in focus at a time when WLD remains well below its recent 2026 highs and technical indicators continue to show a fragile market structure.
Bloomberg ETF analyst James Seyffart highlighted the filing on social media, drawing attention to Grayscale’s latest move into the expanding market for crypto investment products. According to the filing details reported in connection with the proposal, the fund is expected to provide investors with exposure to WLD through a regulated exchange-traded product rather than requiring them to directly hold the token.

The development is notable because an ETF could potentially broaden access to WLD among traditional market participants. However, the filing itself does not guarantee approval, and the immediate impact on the token’s price may depend on both regulatory progress and the broader appetite for altcoin investment products.
For WLD, the timing is particularly important. The token has been trading in a corrective phase after a sharp rally earlier in 2026. Market data supplied for this analysis places WLD near the $0.38 area, while the broader technical structure remains under pressure after the token’s mid-June peak near $0.71–$0.72.
The central question for the Worldcoin price prediction is therefore whether the Grayscale Worldcoin ETF filing can provide enough momentum for WLD to reclaim the $0.41–$0.45 resistance band and begin establishing a more constructive trend.
Grayscale Worldcoin ETF Filing Puts WLD Back in Focus
Grayscale’s S-1 filing represents a significant development for Worldcoin because it potentially creates a new route for market participants to gain exposure to WLD through traditional brokerage and exchange infrastructure.

The proposed product would be based on Worldcoin, the digital identity project associated with Sam Altman and the World ecosystem. The project’s infrastructure uses Orb devices to verify that participants are unique humans, with the World ID system designed to provide proof of personhood.
The project’s use of biometric technology has remained one of its most closely debated features. Supporters argue that proof-of-human systems could become increasingly important as artificial intelligence makes it harder to distinguish humans from automated accounts. Critics, meanwhile, have raised questions about biometric privacy, data governance and regulatory oversight.
World has maintained that privacy is central to its design. In its privacy documentation, the project says Orb images are processed during verification and that the system is designed around personal custody and data minimization. World also states that it does not sell users’ personal information.
These claims do not eliminate the regulatory debate surrounding biometric verification, but they provide important context for understanding the issues that could influence the long-term development of the Worldcoin ecosystem.
For investors assessing the Worldcoin ETF filing, this distinction matters. The proposed ETF would provide exposure to WLD, but the underlying asset remains connected to a project whose technology and regulatory profile differ from more established crypto assets.
Elliott Wave Setup Offers a More Bullish Alternative
While the broader technical indicators remain cautious, some market participants are taking a more optimistic view of WLD’s longer-term structure.

A chart shared by @Cryptomacreal on the daily timeframe showed WLD trading near $0.385 and mapped an Elliott Wave sequence with five labeled waves. The analysis suggested that the token could eventually break above a long-term descending trendline and enter another upward phase.
This interpretation differs considerably from the more conservative technical outlook. Rather than treating the recent decline as the beginning of another prolonged downtrend, the Elliott Wave view considers the correction part of a larger market structure that could eventually lead to another advance.
However, the bullish scenario remains conditional. WLD would first need to overcome nearby resistance and demonstrate that demand is returning. A move above $0.45 would be an important early confirmation, while stronger evidence would come from sustained trading above $0.50 and eventually the $0.60–$0.65 area.
Until those levels are reclaimed, the Elliott Wave projection should be viewed as a possible scenario rather than a confirmed trend reversal.
$32M USDC Inflows Add Another Layer to the WLD Story
On-chain activity has also drawn attention to Worldcoin.
Data highlighted from Arkham showed a Gnosis Safe multisig wallet labeled “Worldcoin” receiving multiple large USDC transfers, with total inflows reportedly reaching roughly $32 million. Some of the funds were linked to addresses associated with Coinbase Prime and other entities.

The wallet reportedly held more than $32 million in USDC, while recent activity did not show corresponding WLD token inflows.
That distinction is important. The movements do not, by themselves, establish that Worldcoin is accumulating its native token or preparing for a specific market event. The funds could potentially relate to financing, an OTC transaction, treasury management, or other corporate activity.
The reported activity comes against the backdrop of Worldcoin’s fundraising efforts. The project has pursued significant capital raises and token transactions to support the expansion of its Orb infrastructure and broader user onboarding efforts.
For WLD traders, on-chain flows can provide useful context, but wallet movements should not be interpreted in isolation. Without additional information about the purpose of the funds, the $32 million USDC balance is better viewed as a data point rather than a definitive bullish or bearish signal.
WLD Price Prediction: Technical Indicators Remain Cautious
The technical picture for WLD remains mixed despite the renewed attention surrounding Grayscale.
The token is currently trading around $0.38, according to the supplied July 2026 technical data, after falling sharply from a mid-June high near $0.71–$0.72. The correction erased roughly half of WLD’s value from its recent peak and brought the price back toward the $0.36–$0.42 demand region.
TradingView’s technical summary leans toward “Sell,” with moving averages representing the strongest source of bearish pressure. The 10-, 20-, 50-, 100- and 200-period moving averages are broadly positioned in a bearish configuration, reflecting the loss of momentum following the June rally.
The structure is also characterized by lower highs and lower lows. That pattern remains intact unless WLD can reclaim important resistance levels and establish a series of higher highs.
The $0.41–$0.45 region is the first major area that bulls need to overcome. A sustained move above $0.45, supported by stronger volume, would provide an initial indication that buyers are beginning to regain control. The next resistance area would then emerge around $0.50, followed by the broader $0.50–$0.60 zone.
A larger trend reversal would likely require a move beyond $0.60–$0.65. Until that happens, the broader chart structure remains vulnerable to renewed selling.
RSI and Momentum Indicators Show Room for a Bounce
Momentum indicators provide a less bearish picture than the moving averages.
The Relative Strength Index (RSI 14) has been reported around the mid-40s in recent technical readings. This places the indicator in neutral territory rather than in an oversold condition. In practical terms, the RSI does not currently indicate that WLD has reached an extreme level from which a rebound is guaranteed.
The Stochastic oscillator, MACD and Williams %R also present a more balanced picture. These indicators have cooled from stronger levels seen during the earlier rally but have not yet produced a decisive reversal signal.
Other momentum measures, including the Awesome Oscillator and Commodity Channel Index, similarly point toward limited directional conviction.
This creates an important distinction in the current WLD price prediction. The momentum indicators leave room for a relief rally, but they do not independently confirm that a sustained bullish reversal is underway.
For that reason, the $0.41–$0.45 resistance zone remains more important than any single oscillator reading. A breakout supported by expanding volume would provide stronger evidence of improving demand.
Key Support and Resistance Levels
The $0.36–$0.38 area is the first major support zone for WLD. It represents the lower end of the recent corrective range and an area where buyers have previously attempted to defend the token.
A decisive breakdown below $0.36 could expose WLD to deeper support near $0.30. Further weakness could bring the $0.25 region into focus, which has been identified as another historical accumulation and Fibonacci-related area.
On the upside, the first resistance band sits around $0.41–$0.45. This is the immediate technical barrier that bulls must clear to improve the short-term structure.
A successful move through $0.45 could open the way toward $0.50. Above that level, WLD could encounter additional resistance between $0.50 and $0.60.
The $0.60–$0.65 region is particularly important because a sustained breakout above it would represent a more meaningful change in the broader price structure. It would also place the token closer to the levels reached during its June rally.
From a risk perspective, the $0.36 support level remains critical. Losing that area could weaken the recovery thesis and shift attention toward the $0.30–$0.25 range.
Can the Worldcoin ETF Filing Push WLD Above $0.45?
The Grayscale Worldcoin ETF filing gives WLD a fresh institutional narrative at a time when the token is attempting to stabilize after a steep correction.
A spot ETF, if ultimately approved and launched, could make WLD more accessible to investors who prefer traditional financial products. That could potentially broaden the asset’s investor base and improve its visibility.
However, the filing process itself does not guarantee approval or immediate capital inflows. The market will likely focus on subsequent regulatory developments, the structure of the proposed product and whether there is sustained demand for WLD exposure.
Technically, the $0.41–$0.45 zone is the first major test. A move above $0.45 accompanied by higher trading volume would strengthen the case for a recovery toward $0.50. A break above $0.50 could then shift attention toward $0.60–$0.65.
On the other hand, failure to reclaim $0.41–$0.45 could leave WLD vulnerable to another test of $0.36. A breakdown below that level would weaken the short-term recovery setup and potentially expose the token to $0.30 and $0.25.
The current evidence therefore points to a cautiously neutral-to-bearish technical outlook, with a potential bullish reversal dependent on confirmation from price action. Grayscale’s Worldcoin ETF filing is a notable catalyst, but it is not, on its own, sufficient to overturn the prevailing trend.
For the Worldcoin price prediction, the key question is now whether the ETF narrative can translate into sustained buying pressure. If WLD can reclaim $0.45 and hold above it with stronger volume, the recovery case would become more credible. Until then, the token remains caught between a potentially important institutional catalyst and a technical structure that still favors caution.
