B2Core Adds Features: Event Notifications, Telegram Connectivity, and cTrader Insights

Event Notification Module

With the new Event Notification module, B2Core Back Office offers admin users a wide range of options to configure and customize event notifications. Allowing up to 27 unique events — from withdrawal requests to successful registration notifications — admins will be notified of necessary actions at all times. There is also the capability to extend the list of users receiving notifications by adding more admins in the "Users" category.

The platform’s event notification module provides administrators with a variety of notification channels, such as email, SMS, Slack, and Telegram. Users can select their preferred channel and set up settings in the "System-Templates" section. Additionally, all notifications are displayed on a user’s card for easy access to essential data.

Telegram Integration

The B2Core team has added Telegram to the list of notification channels. To begin receiving notifications through this platform, users must link their B2Core Back Office profile with their Telegram chat ID. This can be done in the admin’s card by going to "System — Users — Edit user" and configuring the desired template in the "System — Templates — Telegram" section. After that, admins must add the Telegram channel to the Event Notifications.

Detailed cTrader Data

The cTrader account B2Core interface has been improved and now displays more information. Users can access their current Equity, Balance, Leverage, Credit, and Free funds indicators. Historical equity trends are available in a graphical representation and can be adjusted for the chosen timeframe.

Additionally, users can now access all the necessary data — order information and open position details, as well as historical data on executed trades and more — in one place through a straightforward and intuitive interface.

Bulk Deposits to Client Accounts

The latest update to the system includes a Bulk Deposit feature. This makes it simple for users to deposit funds into multiple accounts at once. To do so, open the "Accounts" tab and click "Update Balances." Then, upload a CSV file containing an Email, ID, and amount for all the clients you want to deposit into. This feature saves time and makes the process more convenient than making multiple individual deposits.
