Pamela Morgan

Pamela D. Morgan is an attorney, educator, and entrepreneur. Licensed to practice law in Illinois and Michigan, her legal work focuses on advising entrepreneurs, start-ups, and established organizations in business planning and practice matters. She has extensive experience in business organization, risk analysis, contract negotiation and drafting, and dispute resolution through consensus building. She works to promote bitcoin and cryptocurrency use and acceptance in the legal space and is focused on finding innovative ways to use blockchain technology to provide efficient, effective, independent legal services to people worldwide. A former college professor and director of business programs, she has taught business law, entrepreneurship, management, communications, and legal research and writing courses. Within higher education, her focus areas include teaching, training, course design and implementation, course and program assessment, and building community partnerships. She has also co-led a number of professional development workshops on teaching, learning and assessment. She earned a Juris Doctor degree from Wayne State University, cum laude, a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Computer Programming, highest honors, from Davenport University, and an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Small Business Management, with honors, from Schoolcraft College.
